My client is a leading multi-disciplined engineering company that provides integrated solutions to the Mining, Energy, Resources and Power sectors. In Bunbury, they a leader in the design and manufacture of materials handling equipment for the mining industry and their clients include the biggest names in iron ore. Services include design, manufacture, installation and commissioning, complemented by engineering, fabrication, machining and off-site repair services. They have a busy portfolio of work at present and are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to provide design and leadership in their team.

You‘ll have a mechanical background and experience mining industry projects, either in a consultancy or fabrication environment. Your knowledge will include various material handling equipment and can come from a any of range of industries such as mining, manufacturing or food production. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you‘ll be capable of handling responsibility and be confident in your knowledge of materials handling equipment. In return, you‘ll lead a great team of engineers and have the opportunity to work on interesting projects.

Salary for this position is negotiable depending on experience, around $130k - $170k.
